Monday Night Yoga @ The Yoga Room

Every Monday evening at the Yoga Room in Hattiesburg 5:45-6:45! This is Level 1 Flow Class is designed for all. Flowing through a sequence of poses help allow the places where we feel tightness and tension in the body to release and loosen which give us more energy and make us feel better physically. 🌿 Join My 6-Week Mindfulness Course

Mondays, April 7 – May 12 | 7:00–8:00 PM

You're warmly invited to join me for a 6-week mindfulness journey beginning Monday, April 7th. Each session will take place Monday evenings from 7:00 to 8:00 PM, running through May 12th.

In this course, we will:
🧘‍♂️ Explore the importance of meditation
🌬️ Learn to bring awareness to the breath and body
🧠 Understand the science behind mindfulness
🫶 Discover how to work with thoughts and emotions
🏠 Integrate mindfulness into daily life—on and off the cushion

This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals and deepen your relationship with presence, peace, and balance—especially in these turbulent times.

My regular Monday night class from 5:45–6:45 PM will continue as usual.
