Tuesday Morning Yoga!
Every Wednesday morning 8:30-9:30! This is beginner flow class designed for anyone. Flowing through a sequence of poses help allow the places where we feel tightness and tension in the body to release and loosen which give us more energy and make us feel better physically. The mindfulness and breath work you will learn will help you to calm your mind and start your week feeling more centered.
Come and join us at Union Hall Multicultural Center for the Arts! $12 for drop in or $40 for a 4 class pass.
