Wednesday Evening Yoga!

Every Wednesday evening 5:30-6:30! This is Level 1Flow Class is designed for all. Flowing through a sequence of poses help allow the places where we feel tightness and tension in the body to release and loosen which give us more energy and make us feel better physically. The mindfulness and breath work you will learn will help you to calm your mind and start your week feeling more centered.

Come and join us at Union Hall Multicultural Center for the Arts! $15 for drop in or $48 for a 4 class pass.

Wednesday Night 30-Minute Meditation Group

Join us for a 30-minute group meditation designed to cultivate mindfulness and deepen your practice in a supportive and communal environment. This session emphasizes breath awareness, helping you to calm the nervous system and connect with your inner self.
