This fun,engaging class teaches the fundamentals of Vinyasa Yoga beginning with grounding and centering with focus on linking the body movement to breath. We begin to flow moving into sun salutations,standing poses,balancing,core strengthening, backbends,hip openers and end with some relaxation postures to bring us into our bodies.
